We have numerous team building activities and exercises that are designed to help groups develop effective communication and problem solving skills.  The different activities push participants to "think outside the box" and move out of their usual comfort zones to accomplish the task at hand.  This encourages participants to speak with people they wouldn't normally speak with which establish new relationships they can bring back to the office.
