Wedding Ceremony
Before you walk down the aisle, take the time to meet with our professional staff. Tell us your dreams, and your concerns.
We'll make sure every detail is looked after, in advance, delivering everything necessary to make your ceremony an experience you will cherish forever.
The "Cherished Vows" Wedding Ceremony package is created from the requests of our past clients. If you would like to see something not included in this package, please contact us. We will customize a package for you.
The “Cherished Vows” Wedding Ceremony Package includes:
- Advance consultation to finalize ceremony details including music choices, timelines, etc.
- Equipment setup and sound check completed prior to the arrival of your guests.
- 1.5 hours of service at your ceremony with our Essential Sound Package.
- 0.50 hours pre-ceremony music.
- 0.50 hours ceremony.
- 0.50 hours post-ceremony music.
- 1 Cordless microphone. (Lapel or handheld – to be decided in advance)
- All set up, take down and travel expenses.
- 1 Sounds Unlimited Inc. staff member professionally dressed ready to start on time.
- Shelter and power to be provided by the contractor. If the contractor cannot supply shelter and/or power, we can provide them subject to availability for an additional fee.
Many variables affect the pricing of the ceremony packages. Variables including venue, city, date, inside or outside, whether or not there is power provided at the location (this is a factor for outdoor ceremonies) are all factors that influence pricing. We do offer different levels of pricing depending on the specific situation of each client’s needs. The "School Dance Party" includes:
- All setup, take down, travel and mileage expenses.
- Advance online requests and live requests at the dance.
- Licensed digital music library including classics from years gone by and the hits you hear on the radio today.
- Crystal clear sound system with bass bins ready to rock your dance floor.
- Equipment setup and sound check completed prior to the arrival of your guests.
- Up to four hours of professional entertainment at your dance.
- Two experienced DJ's, professionally dressed and prepared to energize your crowd.
- Prize package with prizes and gift certificates from local vendors and sponsors.

Wedding Receptions & Wedding Dances
We do not have a standard “take it or leave it” wedding package. You are unique and your wedding reception package should reflect your individual needs and requirements. We will work with you to customize a wedding package to fit your vision. However, all of these features are included when you choose Sounds Unlimited Inc. to be a part of your big day:
Your "Dream Come True Wedding Reception Package" includes:
- Hours of preparation and advance planning using your information, ideas and vision making your wedding memorable and unique. We will answer all of your questions every step of the planning journey.
- Access to the client section of our website where you can build your playlists and utilize planning documents, checklists and tips to help make your wedding original, fun and stress free. Take a sneak peak at a few of the tools we use to make your wedding "all you": Your Love Story, Your Wedding Reception Planner
- Professional DJ/event hosts that will M.C. your entire reception. If you already have an M.C., we work together with them as a team to ensure your reception flows smooth all day/night.
- Two experienced DJ/event hosts, professionally dressed and prepared to energize your crowd. Each of our DJ/event hosts have client testimonials and references showcasing their experience.
- Advance online requests and live requests at the dance.
- All setup, take down, travel and mileage expenses.
- Request cards and pencils placed on your guests tables to make requesting songs easy.
- Licensed digital music library including classics from years gone by and the hits you hear on the radio today.
- Crystal clear sound system customized for your venue and ready to bring life to your dance floor.
- Personal wedding planning consultation at our office with the DJ/event hosts that will be working you to ensure we understand your vision. You get to meet and plan with the 2 staff members that will be working with you at your wedding reception.
- The Classic Package lighting system. (Lighting upgrades available - ask us how!)
- Equipment setup and sound check completed prior to the arrival of your guests.
- Cordless microphone available for announcements, speeches and activities during contracted times.
- Professional entertainment packages starting at four hours of production time at your Wedding Reception.
- Packages starting at $1500.00 plus GST within Lethbridge City Limits. Additional charges may be added/subtracted based on your wedding needs. Travel (outside of Lethbridge), changes to times, lighting, equipment, etc. are a few examples of possible changes. Please contact us for customized package pricing and availability.
- Additional time can be booked/contracted in advance before the date of your wedding reception in half hour increments at $62.50 plus GST.
