Here are the documents that you can use as worksheets while planning the details for your wedding. To view the .pdf file, click on the links below. To save the documents on your computer, right click the link, then "save as". Remember, these documents are to be saved on your own computer (or printed by you), filled out and submitted back to us before your wedding consultation. This way, the staff can review your forms and be prepared for when we meet.
