Where do I start? - questions to ask to

potential entertainment options.

I have so many questions about planning my celebration... Where do I start?

We recommend that you contact as many entertainment vendors as possible.  Ask them every question on your list.  Use these questions to add to or even create your own personal interview list.  Please add any questions that you feel are important!

What is the name of your company?

Where is your office located?

Who will be the contact person for my event, and what is their contact number?

How many years of professional experience do you have?

What percentage of your business is dedicated to my type of event?

How many staff members does your company have?

Does the staff member assigned to my event have references? Can I contact them?

What happens if my DJ is sick the day of my event?

Do you have backup equipment available if your equipment has problems at my event?

What is your corporate policy on your staff drinking alcoholic beverages at my event?

Do you specialize in any specific types of music?

Is your music library licenced or illegally aquired?

Do you specialize in any specific types of events?

What type of sound system will you provide at my event?

Are you able to act as a master of ceremonies if I require you to?

How will your staff be dressed at my event?

Do you provide a light show? Can I see pictures of it before my event?

Take notes, meet with company representatives and check their references.  This way, you will acquire all of the information you need to make the decision that will determine the memories that you and your guests refer back to when reminiscing about your event.

The song starts to play, the guests are listening and your voice comes over the music edited in from a recorded message you came into our office and recorded before the event.  Your personal message can be sentimental, romantic or fun - you choose!

It can be done as a surprise or you can let people know its coming - it's all up to you.  Contact our office and make the arrangements.  Come in and record your personal message for your celebration.  This takes some planning and organization to make happen, but the results are worth the effort.

Consider these variations:

  • Parents to a Son/Daughter on a birthday.
  • Son/Daughter to Parents on a birthday or anniversary.
  • Husband to his Wife at their anniversary.
  • Wife to her Husband at their anniversary.
  • Message to a retiree from fellow colleagues at a retirement party.

We offer you another unique way to personalize your music.  We will mix two or more or your favorite songs together, giving you something different and creative.  Would you like to surprise your guests with an energetic alternative or perform a choreographed traditional dance? Survivor

This live game show offers a medium energy interactive experience that can be enjoyed as an individual or a team. Starting with a predetermined number of contestants/teams, we organize and orchestrate challenges, games and activities to eliminate contestants/teams one by one.  This is a great way to get players involved while keeping the spectators entertained watching the crazy antics of the competitors.
